3. How Your Data Is Stored

3.1. Temporary Data (Manual Uploads)

Uploaded files are processed in-memory
They are not saved unless you have a user account
Data is cleared after processing

3.2. Persistent Data (User Accounts / Garmin API)

If you create an account or sync Garmin data:

Data is securely stored in your personal profile
Data can be deleted at any time
A full deletion request removes your entire record
