The sports dashboard and analytics tools are provided "as is".
You may:
- Upload activity files
- View analytics
- Create a user account (when enabled)
- Connect your Garmin account (optional)
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, damage, or disrupt the site
- Upload data you do not have rights to
2. Accuracy of Information
All analytics are generated automatically.
TENVIA is not responsible for:
- Data inaccuracies
- Misinterpretations
- Fitness or training decisions based on these metrics
3. Accounts
When account features are available:
- You are responsible for your login credentials
- You may request deletion at any time
- Your account may be terminated for misuse
4. Liability
This is a hobby/personal analytics project.
The service is provided without guarantee.
Liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed by law.
5. Changes to the Terms
Terms may change occasionally.
Updates will be reflected with a new "Last updated" date.
